Easy returns within 30 days

We understand, sometimes your online purchase wasn't quite right. Rest assured we offer no fuss returns within 30 days of your purchase. 

A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us at customerservice@baebina.com.au and state your name, order number and reason for exchange/return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Product faults

We take care to check each product before shipping. In the event of a manufacturing fault or defect please contact us as soon as possible and within 12 months to the day of purchase. 

We will ask that you return the product to us. The product will either be repaired or replaced and sent back to you at our expense. A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.

We do not accept returns on products that are faulty from misuse or wear and tear.
